Home based bakery using old classic recipes. Cinnamon rolls and regular chocolate chip cookies are my staple products as I've been mastering those spec recipes since I was very young still helping Ma in the kitchen.
Many of my recipes used do not include dairy or eggs. They are derived from much older recipes that excluded them as the times would have it. I simply adapted many of these recipes so my daughter who has severe food allergies could enjoy treats that are just as great and cannot tell a difference.
