About

Lofts-of-Old-Town-18.webp
Lofts of Old Town offers boutique accommodations in the heart of Historic Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona. Designed for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient Verde Valley stay, the lofts place guests within walking distance of local restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shops and entertainment. Behind Lofts of Old Town are Patty and Michael, who spent nearly 20 years vacationing in Arizona before making the state their home. Their love for the area—from hiking and golf to UTV riding and exploring Arizona—helped inspire the experience they now share with their guests. Patty and Michael purchased the Main Street property in 2004 and transformed it into the boutique accommodations found here today. With Old Town right outside the door and Sedona, Jerome, Clarkdale and the rest of the Verde Valley within easy reach, Lofts of Old Town offers guests more than a place to stay—it offers a home base for experiencing the part of Arizona its owners fell in love with.
